Working with the sales team on target achieving of overseas market;
Develop annual sales plan in accordance with the business objective of the company;
Conduct market research and analysis on a regular basis and establish sales forecast;
Develop new clients and increase the sales with current clients;
Handle customer complaints and continuously improve customer satisfaction;

1. Two years of relevant work experience in FMCG;
2. Bilingual Chinese / English(Spainish) spoken and written;
3. Bachelor degree or above;
4. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset;
5. Self-motivated, organized, and ability to work independently;
6. Public speaking / presentation skills;
7. Strong negotiation skills;
8. PC and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Drive continuous improvement, work closely with SMEs to define and plan initiatives;
Coordinate and schedule R&D Leadership development via monthly meeting agenda content;
Support R&D function governance in concert with R&D Administration Team, ensuring coordinated department programming and capability trainings, budget reviews, compliance with enterprise initiatives;
Facilitate activities related to R&D Associates, Facilities, Systems and Events. Such as: team activities, tool and system improvements, office and space planning;
1. Master’s Degree or above;
2. Demonstrated experience with complex planning and providing coordination for large groups;
3. Proven organizational, tactical and teamwork skills;
4. Strong communication skills, ability to work independently;

The MA position would allocate a large majority of time to supporting the Elite account team as a key stakeholder;
Deep dives on performance: internal cup shipments, IRI consumption, blender data, and customer data to connect the dots and tell a story;
Loyalty and other customer program performance;
Digital programming performance;
Equipment downtime/maintenance and correlation to velocity;
Customer invoice processing and budget tracking
1. Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in marketing, business or related field;
2. 2+ years relevant marketing, sales, sales analysis, business planning, category management or other relevant experience; strong analytical positions preferred;
3. Exceptional analytical skills – experience collecting and managing data;
4. Project management experience – ability to develop timelines and manage project milestones;attention to detail and follow through;
5. Strong oral and written communicationskills;
6. Strong MS Office skills required, with an emphasis on Excel mastery;
7. Experience with syndicated consumption databases.
